Agreement

By accessing or using Petalumi, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use Petalumi only if you can legally enter this agreement. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

Petalumi provides a public gallery of illustrations for digital planning, account authentication, and content-management tools for authorized users. The available collections, features, and administration tools may change over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity through your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for providing information you are authorized to use. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You must not use Petalumi to:

• Break the law or assist unlawful activity.
• Probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with authentication, authorization, rate limits, or security controls.
• Introduce malware, overload the service, scrape it in a way that harms availability, or disrupt another person's use.
• Impersonate another person or organization, misrepresent affiliation, or use an account without permission.
• Upload, publish, copy, or distribute material in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

Content and intellectual property

The Petalumi brand, interface, and content made available by Petalumi are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Access does not transfer ownership. Any license or usage notice accompanying particular content controls its reuse.

You retain the rights you have in content you submit as an authorized user. You grant Petalumi the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to operate the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it.

Google services

Google sign-in is provided by Google and is also subject to Google's terms and policies. Petalumi does not control the availability of Google services or the settings of your Google Account.

Availability and changes

Petalumi may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service. The service may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, failures, security events, or circumstances outside Petalumi's control.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Petalumi is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Limits of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Petalumi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Petalumi at any time. Petalumi may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, security risk, unlawful activity, service closure, or legal requirement.

Changes to these terms

Petalumi may revise these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The revised page will state its effective date, and additional notice will be provided when required by law.
